Conditions for a Successful Return:

Original Brand Tags Intact All original brand tags, price tags, and barcodes must remain attached and untampered.

Unwashed & Unused The garment or item must be unwashed, stain-free, and showing no signs of wear.

Original Packaging Footwear must be returned in the original brand shoe box along with stuffing and dust bags.

Non-Returnable Items Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and personal care cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
