1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Myntra. This document constitutes an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. User Eligibility & Account Registration
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or withdraw promotions without prior notice. In case an item is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, Myntra reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Order Placement & Contract Formation
Receipt of an order confirmation email or SMS does not constitute final acceptance of your order. An order is confirmed and legally binding only upon the dispatch of the merchandise from our fulfillment centers. Myntra reserves the right to decline or cancel orders under suspect bulk or fraudulent activities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, brand names, visual logos, interface graphics, software scripts, and product catalog imagery are the exclusive intellectual property of Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. or its respective brand partners. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or misuse is strictly prohibited by law.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
In no event shall Myntra, its directors, employees, or associates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
